We are pleased to offer our patients in-house financing, managed by ClearGage, a third-party financial management company. Setting up a financial arrangement with us is a simple process and is done in our office by meeting with our treatment coordinator. Your balance owed from your treatment will determine how long you will be able to stretch out your monthly payments.
A 20% down payment and the $15 set-up fee are required before your treatment begins. Additionally, an annual percentage rate of 8% will be applied. Payments are drafted automatically every month from a checking or savings account. Two forms of payment are required to be on file, in the event that the primary source of payment is unsuccessful. Once your plan is set up, ClearGage takes over the management of the transactions.
